Job Description

Responsibilities

• 
  Design and implement systems and programmes to support personnel well-being, ensuring that both mental and emotional health needs are effectively addressed
• 
  Develop, plan, and deliver resilience and psychological well-being training programmes tailored to different groups and operational requirements
• 
  Provide psychological support and timely intervention for personnel after critical incidents, helping them manage stress and recover effectively
• 
  Offer consultation on psychology and behavioural science matters to units and stakeholders, contributing to informed decision-making and workplace effectiveness
• 
  Build, establish, and maintain strong internal and external partnerships to enhance collaboration and support programme success
• 
  Conduct applied research on resilience and well-being, using findings to improve existing initiatives and introduce evidence-based practices
• 
  Support other operational functions of the unit as required, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment

Requirements

• 
  Degree in Psychology or higher qualification
• 
  Familiarity with the Home Team environment is an advantage
• 
  Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• 
  Confident in delivering training sessions and presentations to audiences of various sizes
• 
  Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• 
  Comfortable working in a fast-paced and operational setting
• 
  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders

Duration / Working Hours:

• 
  1 year contract (Immediate start)
• 
  42 hours per week
