Provisional Psychologist / Behaviour Support Practitioner

We are seeking a passionate Provisional Psychologist / Behaviour Support Practitioner to join a supportive and growing allied health team. This is a hands-on, client-focused role where you’ll make a meaningful difference by supporting individuals with complex needs across the lifespan.

What you’ll be doing

• 
  Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored behaviour support plans
• 
  Implement and review plans, adjusting strategies to achieve the best outcomes
• 
  Provide training and guidance to families, carers, and support staff
• 
  Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated support services
• 
  Maintain accurate client records and meet compliance requirements
• 
  Participate in ongoing professional development and reflective practice

What we’re looking for

• 
  Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• 
  BSP Registered Practitioners or those working toward suitability
• 
  Provisional Psychologists encouraged to apply
• 
  Strong understanding of evidence-based behaviour support approaches
• 
  Proven ability to achieve positive client outcomes
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 
  Ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team
• 
  Driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally as required
