Join our warm, values led private practice in an employed role with the clinical support and systems that help psychologists do their best work. We’re excited to welcome a new team member to our Canning Vale practice.

• Employee role (part-time or full-time) with strong clinical leadership and governance to support you to focus on your psychological work
• Regular in-house individual and group supervision, plus practice-specific supervision (e.g., EMDR, child therapy, couples work)
• In-house professional development program, plus PD allowance and paid PD leave

• Beautiful, calm consulting spaces, with the tech and workstation setup needed provide comfortable and effective telehealth services when needed

About you

• You have at least 3 years’ experience providing therapy services
• You’re confident working with complexity (e.g.: trauma, comorbidity) and bring strong clinical judgement and boundaries
• Demonstrated commitment to neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-responsive care
• You value ongoing personal and professional development, and you seek feedback to continuously sharpen your practice
• You enjoy working collaboratively within a team and contributing to a strong, supportive practice culture
• You’re down-to-earth, enjoy a good laugh and appreciate the opportunity to connect with colleagues
• You’re looking for a group practice with great administrative support and clinical leadership, so you can focus your energy on client work

About the role

This is an employee opportunity for a psychologist who values working with a skilled and supportive clinical team.

This role is available part-time or full-time, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week at our Canning Vale and Mount Pleasant locations.
