In this newly created specialist role, you’ll provide proactive, best‑practice psychological and psychosocial support to Branch Managers operating in high‑risk branch environments. These branches are characterised by frequent exposure to aggressive, abusive and inappropriate customer behaviour, creating elevated risks of psychological harm, vicarious trauma and burnout.
You’ll play a critical role in protecting wellbeing, intervening early to mitigate harm, and strengthening organisational capability in psychosocial risk management through both individual support and preventative, system‑level initiatives.
This role partners closely with Branch Managers in identified high‑risk branches, working alongside Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW), CSN leaders and other key stakeholders. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy while contributing specialist psychological expertise into broader organisational wellbeing, safety and risk frameworks.
