
Our Psychologist will serve as a key member of the Collaborative Care Program for Mental Health, serving as a clinical supervisor for behavioral health specialists, advising and training on therapy modalities, delivering direct care in the program, and supporting other aspects of the program as needed or requested. The Psychologist provides consultation to behavioral health specialists and supports them in day-today- management of patient concerns that may arise. As a clinical advisor, the candidate assists with developing and implementing care pathways that ensure appropriate level of care, develops evidence-based strategies for short-term therapy for patients in the program, helps to monitor outcomes, and contributes to the optimization of the program. The incumbent assists in developing, setting, implementing, and evolving strategic direction of the program. In this role, the Psychologist will directly care for patients in the program with an appropriate patient case load and help support the team during periods of high demand or staff absences. This individual will serve as an educator, trainer, advisor and provides clinical support as needed.

**This position is part-time Monday through Friday and is 21/hrs per week with Clinical hours on average 8-10 hours
***This role is hybrid and is ⅔ administrative including overseeing the work of 4 social workers and ⅓ clinical
****There are no calls or weekends
