
The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences is searching for a part-time (0.60 FTE) faculty member (12-month appointment), clinical Associate or Full Professor rank with an administrative role as Residency Program Director.
The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science is a multidisciplinary department. The Department’s philosophy is based on a comprehensive, integrated biopsychosocial model of brain function (mind, brain, and behavior) in health and illness. The Department provides undergraduate training in behavioral science and psychiatry and operates a fully accredited psychiatry residency training program. The overall Department mission is to serve the people of North Dakota through promoting excellence in the delivery of care by the many psychiatry and behavioral science providers in the state and region.
Primary role as Psychiatry Residency Program Director, will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Psychiatry Residency training, curriculum development, and scholarship.
