About the Role
As a Psychiatry Registrar in Uniting's Early Psychosis Program, you’ll provide high-quality, youth-centred care to young people experiencing early signs of psychosis or complex mental health presentations. You’ll be involved in:
• Clinical supervision and collaborative medical reviews with consultants
• Independent medical assessments, care planning, and script writing
• Clinical consultation, case reviews, and brief therapeutic interventions
• Supporting recovery-focused care in partnership with our multidisciplinary team

What You’ll Need
• Current registration with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner
• Enrolment in the RANZCP Psychiatry Registrar Training Program
• Proven ability to deliver evidence-based psychological interventions
• Strong commitment to trauma-informed, youth-centred recovery care
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• Excellent engagement and communication skills with young people and families
