Hospital Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking an innovative, reliable and flexible Psychiatrist who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! Come join a growing team of 2 fulltime physicians and 2 full time nurse practitioners as well as wonderful team of LCSW’s and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.
Compensation and Benefits:
 Very competitive total compensation opportunity (385k+)
o RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
o Quality incentives up to $45,000 annually
 Commencement bonus of $30,000

Professional Details:
 Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care Clinic
 Four 10-hour days per week
 Average 12-16 patients per day
 1:1 Clinical Support Staff
 Team shared phone call for established patients only
 Fulltime, permanent
 EPIC EMR
