Join CentraCare in Willmar, Minnesota, and enjoy a flexible psychiatry role that blends inpatient and outpatient care within a highly collaborative, team-based environment. This position offers the ability to tailor your clinical focus to your interests while practicing outpatient psychiatry and ECT alongside physicians and APPs on a 12-bed adult inpatient unit, supported by strong staffing, excellent teamwork, and a manageable call schedule.

Schedule

• Full-time | Onsite – CentraCare – Willmar, MN

• Day shifts | 8am-5pm

• Call is 1: 5

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $300,000 - $333,000 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• BE/BC in Psychiatry

• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

CentraCare – Willmar serves as the southwestern hub of CentraCare’s multi-specialty network and supports psychiatric services across Rice Memorial Hospital and associated outpatient facilities. The program includes a 12-bed adult inpatient unit and a collaborative care model with strong nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary support. Physicians practice in a well-resourced environment with access to onsite pharmacy, lab services, procedure space, rehabilitation therapies, and system-wide outreach resources, all within an integrated regional referral setting.
