• Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00a – 5:00p (One late day Thursday 11:30a – 7:00p)

• Office Equipment Available: Standard outpatient behavioral health resources
• Specialty Backup Available: Behavioral Health team
• Support Staff Available: Multidisciplinary behavioral health staff
• Reason for Coverage: Temporary coverage
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Psychiatric evaluations

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active CT license
• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• DEA: Required
• Experience: Experience in Behavioral Health and IOP/PHP settings preferred
• Other Qualifications: Strong communication and patient care skills
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide psychiatric care for adult patients in IOP/PHP program
• Conduct evaluations and manage medications
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care
