The Opportunity
We're seeking a passionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Integrated Health & Wellness team. Under the clinical direction of our Chief of Psychiatry, you'll provide vital care to individuals and families who need it most, working in an environment that values evidence-based practice, professional growth, and collaborative care.

What You'll Do

Provide Person-Centered Clinical Care:
• Deliver psychiatric evaluations and compassionate follow-up care
• Utilize evidence-based practice tailored to each individual's needs
• Maintain comprehensive medical documentation in accordance with professional standards

Grow & Collaborate:
• Engage in clinical supervision to support your ongoing professional development
• Consult with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic treatment plans
• Leverage system resources creatively to meet patient needs
• Work across all levels of our clinical team to coordinate integrated care

Lead with Our Values:
• Maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations
• Manage conflict constructively and delegate appropriately
• Communicate effectively to ensure patients understand their care plans
• Embrace our diverse community with cultural humility and respect

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications:
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with valid Ohio license
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted Adult Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio
• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Association or nationally recognized certifying body (in your specialty area)
• Ability to obtain a valid Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) license
• Ability to work within a Standard Care Arrangement
• Flexibility to travel between sites as necessary
