Ally Psychiatry is seeking compassionate, patient-focused Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP-BC) and Psychiatric Physician Assistants (PA-C) to join our growing Adult Inpatient Psychiatry team in Columbia, Tennessee.
This is a full-time, hospital-based, 7 days on / 7 days off position designed for providers who enjoy practicing acute psychiatry while still having half the month off to recharge, travel, spend time with family, or pursue personal interests.

Requirements
• Board Certified PMHNP or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience (or strong mental health background).
• Licensed or license-eligible in Tennessee.
• Required Tennessee DEA or eligible to obtain.
• Comfortable working in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage acute psychiatric presentations.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to patient-centered care.
• Seeking a structured schedule within a stable, supportive organization.
