Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Methuen, MA

We’re hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who wants meaningful work with older adults while maintaining true work-life balance and strong earning potential.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on psychiatric evaluations, psychopharmacology management, behavioral health consultation, and crisis evaluations for an aging population. You’ll provide care in both clinical and community-based settings while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and maintaining autonomy in your specialty. You'll practice in Methuen, Massachusetts, a welcoming Merrimack Valley community offering easy access to Boston, the New Hampshire Seacoast, and a variety of outdoor recreation.

What makes you a great fit

• You are an ANCC-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist
• You hold a Massachusetts license with prescriptive authority and DEA registration
• You have 2 to 3 years of psychiatric prescribing experience
• You're comfortable with psychopharmacology management and crisis evaluations
• You value team-based care and serving older adult populations

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $130,000 to $170,000 based on experience
• Health insurance: Employer pays 75%
