Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Lynn, Massachusetts

We’re hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Lynn, Massachusetts who wants meaningful work with older adults while maintaining true work-life balance and strong earning potential.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on psychiatric evaluations, psychopharmacology management, and behavioral health consultation for an aging population. You’ll provide care in clinic as well as through home and nursing facility visits in Lynn and Brighton. You’ll work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team while maintaining clinical autonomy in your specialty.

You’ll practice in Lynn, Massachusetts, a coastal city just north of Boston offering seaside living, diverse communities, and easy access to a major metropolitan area.

What makes you a great fit
• You are an ANCC-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist
• You are licensed in Massachusetts with prescriptive authority and DEA
• You have two to three years of psychiatric prescribing experience
• You’re comfortable managing psychopharmacology and crisis evaluations
• You value team-based care and serving older adults

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary ranging from $130,000 to $170,000 based on experience
