Earn $28.78/hour with our Enhanced Pay option.

Position Details

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care and medication management services to individuals residing in a Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR). The LPN is responsible for monitoring residents' physical and mental health needs, administering medications and treatments, coordinating care with healthcare providers, and supporting recovery-oriented services. This position works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to promote resident health, safety, independence, and overall well-being.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited program and possess a valid PA Licensed Practical Nurse licensure - required.
• 1 year of psychiatric mental health paid or volunteer experience required.
• Knowledge and understanding of severe mental illness, recovery principles, and recovery driven service system required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• All Clearances required by OMHSAS regulations.

Monday - Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM
