**Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and craft tailored treatment plans for patients dealing with mental health challenges.- Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to ensure holistic and effective care for each individual.- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, continuously monitoring patient progress to achieve optimal outcomes.- Provide ongoing therapy and support, fostering a safe and supportive environment for patients.- Lead community outreach initiatives, educating the public on mental health issues and breaking down barriers of stigma.- Maintain meticulous and compliant patient records that reflect our commitment to quality care.- Participate in team consultations and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.- Advocate passionately for the needs of your patients, connecting them with vital resources and support.

**Qualifications:**

Board eligible or certified as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with an active RN/PNP New York State license. An ideal candidate needs to be an NYS Medicaid provider.
