Home Care Assistance, Barrie Simcoe County is a Staffing Solution Company

We are hiring 2 FEMALE community PSW for a private client who lives in the Wasaga Beach area. Shifts are Fridays 1-6pm, Sat/Sun/Mon 730am-1230pm.

Your typical day:

Assist with one-on-one support and ADL's
Keep client engaged and safe
Have Patience
Assist at mealtimes
All other tasks required by the care plan
A passion for the job in helping others
Companionship

Must haves:

• Vulnerable Sector Check within last 6 months
• CPR and First Aid
• COVID and TB proof
• Access to reliable transportation -G License and valid insurance
• Demonstrated working experience with the elderly, knowledgeable with respect to their needs
• Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with residents, families, and visitors
• At least 3 years of experience working with our senior population.
