Job Family Summary:

The Production Associate job family at Procter & Gamble encompasses a variety of roles that contribute to the efficient and effective production of our high-quality products. This includes managing equipment, optimizing processes, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

As a PST - Production Associate in the BTA band, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating production line equipment, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Your role is essential to maintaining the high standards of quality and efficiency that Procter & Gamble is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production line equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. A technical or vocational certification is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to operate machinery and use tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
