As a PSS Transformation & Solution Advisor, your mission is to engage and partner primarily with People & Culture (P&C) colleagues across all Chapters and, where needed, with business stakeholders. Your focus is on delivering customized servicing strategies, navigating complex business transformations, and providing exceptional partner experiences in moments that matter. You will play a key role in translating business goals into P&C priorities and ensuring their effective implementation across the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Leading PSS squadsto ensure the seamless execution of complex business reorganizations, transformations, Mergers, Acquisitions, and divestitures.
Representing PSSon Acquisition Core Deal teams and leading Workday system integration workstreams.
Proactively identifying customer needsand translating gaps into change requests to drive continuous improvements within the P&C network.
Collaborating on complex P&C challenges, connecting with the right chapters to develop end-to-end solutions and effective change management.
Driving stakeholder engagementby seeking feedback and striving for high-quality partnerships across the global matrix.
Providing demand forecastingin collaboration with other PSS workstreams to ensure operational readiness.
Participating in global and regional squadsfor the deployment of strategic initiatives and new system launches.
You are a proactive HR professional with a passion for project management and a "can-do" attitude. You bring:
5+ years of experiencein HR processes, HR shared services, or HR functional/generalist roles, ideally in a global environment.
Proven expertise in leading teams without direct authority, utilizing analytical thinking and a pragmatic approach to drive results.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate strategy and "the why" behind P&C initiatives.
Strong experience in service delivery managementand HR process design, preferably within a matrixed organization.
Excellence in project managementor process improvement (certification is a plus).
Fluency in English(written and spoken); any additional language is an advantage.
