职位描述
AI效能产品经理 1、负责公司软件产品开发相关AI Agent产品的产品定义，设计Agent能力和Prompt工程策略，探索Agent编排、工具调用等技术在产品中的应用。 2、深入研究用户场景，理解软件产品从定义、设计、开发到测试全链路的用户旅程，持续优化全流路软件开发Agent产品。 3、持续追踪AI行业前沿包括大模型技术的最新进展，评估新技术在Agent中的应用可能性。 4、设计并优化AI产品的质量评估体系，确保AI生成产物的效果和质量。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学习，3年以上产品经理经验，具备AI产品或研发工具类产品经验优先。 2、深刻理解大语言模型的工作原理、能力边界和应用场景，熟悉Prompt工程、RAG、Agent等AI应用技术。 3、深刻理解软件开发全生命周期（需求分析、设计、开发、测试、部署），熟悉敏捷开发、TDD（测试驱动开发）等研发方法论。 4、强大的跨团队协作和推动能力，优秀的沟通表达能力，能够清晰传达复杂的技术概念，能够在快速迭代的环境中保持高效。 5、具备创新思维，对AI技术充满热情和好奇心，相信AI对生产力带来的巨大变革。
