Post description

As part of our continued growth in the United States, we are looking for an experienced PSI Manager to lead our Patient Specific Instruments (PSI) operations.

Reporting to General Manager of Newclip USA and Co-founder of the Newclip Group, you will lead the operational and technical activities of the PSI department in the United States. You will manage a multidisciplinary team while ensuring operational excellence, product quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

As PSI Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the PSI department.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the day-to-day management of PSI patient cases while ensuring on-time delivery and outstanding customer service.
  • Partnering closely with surgeons, sales representatives and the PSI teams in France to ensure seamless execution of every patient case.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between the U.S. and French PSI teams to ensure efficient communication, knowledge sharing and project execution.
  • Managing, coaching and developing a multidisciplinary team including engineers, 3D printing technicians, logistics specialists and customer service professionals.
  • Driving operational excellence by improving workflows, optimizing processes and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Coordinating responsibilities with Supply Chain, Customer Service and Shipping teams to ensure smooth and reliable logistics.
  • Serving as the local Quality representative for PSI by ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and applicable medical device regulations.
  • Leading quality control activities, supporting audits and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Providing technical leadership by supporting surgical guide design, patient case simulations, additive manufacturing activities and first-level maintenance of 3D printing equipment whenever needed.
  • Contributing to the continuous development of Newclip's PSI technologies and manufacturing processes.


Profile required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomechanics or a related engineering discipline.

You have proven experience leading technical teams, ideally within the medical device, orthopedic or another highly regulated industry.

You combine operational leadership with strong technical expertise.

Ideally, you have experience with:

  • Patient Specific Instruments (PSI)
  • Surgical guide design
  • Human anatomy and orthopedic implants
  • Additive manufacturing and medical 3D printing
  • Medical Device Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Continuous improvement methodologies

You are a collaborative leader who enjoys developing people, solving complex technical challenges and building strong cross-functional relationships.

You thrive in an international environment and communicate effectively with teams located across different countries and time zones.

Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is highly valued.

You are organized, customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent English is required.
