Title: PS SW Engineer II
Location: Belgrade, Serbia (Hybrid)

The successful candidate will be part of a Professional Services team delivering Systems Management and Monitoring solutions to Enterprise customers, responsible for the implementation and consultative services in our Channel Management Services program in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities typically include:

The successful candidate will be responsible for all stages of Solution delivery; including requirements definition, solution design, implementation, validation and customer acceptance. The candidate is expected to work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize ATM estate management, leveraging technical expertise and strong consulting skills to drive value and innovation.

Education and/or Requirements Required:

The applicant should possess a minimum University Degree or equivalent work experience. Ideally, the degree will be Computing or IT-related.

Skill Requirements:

Ideal candidate will possess:

• Interest in payment industry with data driven approach for solving problems
• Solid understanding and interest in technology, across the areas of infrastructure, networking, security, and systems integration
• Understanding of relational databases, primarily the MS SQL Server, with some SQL programming experience
• Experience with shell scripting (Windows batch, Powershell)
• Experience with Groovy and/or Java programming
• Familiarity with BI tools

Additionally:

• Ability to understand business processes and business problems.
• Ability to understand data relationships and how data can be used to solve business problems.
• Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements

Personal skills:

• Excellent communicator with strong oral and written skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and with little supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work within an international team
• Good knowledge of the English language is essential.
