We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of strategic enterprise initiatives within the Capital portfolio for a major financial institution in KSA. This role plays a critical part in driving high-impact projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery in a complex financial services environment.

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide projects through an outsourcing engagement. This role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams.

The position involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery standards.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise-wide projects
• Ensuring project alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinating project activities across business, technology, and vendor teams
• Driving stakeholder engagement and maintaining effective communication across project participants
• Monitoring project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implementing mitigation plans as needed
• Tracking project progress and providing regular status updates to senior management
• Ensuring adherence to project governance, delivery methodologies, and quality standards

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience
• Strong background in banking or financial services
• Experience delivering complex enterprise projects and managing multiple stakeholders
• Excellent planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to capital markets, investment banking, asset management, or Capital-related initiatives
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent
