Job Description

We are looking for experienced consultants who want to spend less time configuring software and more time solving complex business problems, designing high-impact planning solutions, and helping clients transform the way they operate.

Your role

As a Senior Consultant, you will be the functional leader on complex delivery projects, driving solution design from business challenge to successful adoption.

You will:

• Lead the functional design of Supply Chain Planning processes across complex transformation programs.
• Challenge and improve clients' planning processes rather than simply documenting them.
• Design end-to-end business solutions, balancing business value, complexity, and long-term maintainability.
• Facilitate executive workshops and advise senior stakeholders on strategic decisions.
• Mentor Consultants and Associate Consultants through coaching and delivery reviews.
• Contribute reusable design patterns, best practices, and knowledge sharing across the company.
• Support medium and large implementation projects from design through testing, hypercare, and continuous optimization.

Typical domains include:

• Demand Planning
• Supply Planning
• S&OP / IBP
• Production Scheduling
• Revenue Growth Management (occasionally)

What we're looking for :

• A minimum of 5–8 years' experience in Supply Chain consulting or transformation, with expertise in at least one planning domain.
• Strong functional design skills, able to solve ambiguous problems and balance business value with solution complexity.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders, leading workshops, and challenging decisions with clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Proven experience driving organizational change and helping clients adopt new ways of working.
• A collaborative leader who enjoys coaching others and sharing knowledge across teams.
• Master's degree (Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or equivalent), with professional proficiency in French and English.
