This position is in Cargill’s food and bioindustrial business, where manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice companies rely on us to consistently deliver the products and services they need, and use our technical expertise and market knowledge to develop innovative products.

Job Purpose and Impact

We are looking for an Industrial Information Systems Coordinator for our Cargill Baupte site in the Manche region.
As an IT engineer, you will act as the link between the Group’s IT services and the various users of the production site across all information systems domains (network, industrial computing, office IT, telephony, printers, software, etc.).

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead, assist, and support the Group IT teams in troubleshooting, updates, and projects related to information systems.
  • Promote and support site personnel in the use of the Group’s digital tools (PI, RtDuet, Seeq, Genetec, AKMS, SDX, J5, etc.).
  • Administer the various information systems.
  • Assist the site automation engineers with requests and needs related to Group IT.
  • Manage IT projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in industrial computing, information systems, process control, or equivalent experience, or a technical diploma (BTS) with solid experience in automation.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in automation, information systems, or process control within a process industry
