Working hours: Full time with flexible working hours

What kind of internship projects can you expect:
Analyze and optimize production processes through digitalization and process simplification to improve efficiency, eliminate operational losses, and enhance overall performance.
Evaluate raw material usage and propose optimization initiatives to maximize utilization, streamline processes, and reduce waste across operations.
Review maintenance activities and recommend cost-effective improvements to increase efficiency, simplify workflows, and optimize maintenance performance.
Job Qualifications
Active non-graduating engineering students with 6 to 12 months to graduation date. Ideally chemical engineers, process engineers, and industrial engineers, with an interest in production processes
Eligible to work in Colombia.
Live in Medellín
Have intermediate English Skills (B2 or above)
Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
Strong analytical skills to understand market dynamics and drive sales and brand growth.
