Active acquisition of new customers
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with distributors and customers while achieving company sales targets through active selling of products or services
Analyzing customer needs and providing advisory solutions tailored to their expectations
Preparing sales reports and documenting activities in CRM systems
Minimum secondary education (technical or commercial education is an advantage)
Valid Category B driving license (mandatory requirement)
Willingness to work in the field (area of responsibility: Northern Poland)
Computer literacy (MS Office; Salesforce is an advantage)
Experience in B2B sales; experience in the automotive, coatings, or chemical industry is an advantage
Knowledge of the market for body & paint workshops, automotive dealers, or automotive parts distributors
Proven and documented sales achievements
Basic or advanced knowledge of coating technologies (automotive paints, mixing systems, ancillary materials)
