Le préposé aux chambres est un membre important de l’équipe d’entretien ménager qui, dans son ensemble, est responsable de la propreté et du soin accordé aux détails dans l’hôtel et dans les résidences. Le préposé aux chambres est responsable de veiller à ce que toutes les chambres et résidences respectent les normes les plus élevées, comme dictées par les hôtels Four Seasons. Quand il y a un grand achalandage dans le lobby et en l’absence des équipiers à l’entretien, il doit aussi participer à accomplir ses responsabilités et tâches.

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Nettoyer les chambres attribuées selon les normes de l’hôtel et effectuer les tâches de lingerie.

  • Utiliser adéquatement les produits et équipements, en respectant les normes de sécurité.

  • Assurer un service attentionné : anticiper les besoins, répondre aux demandes et viser la satisfaction des invités.

  • Promouvoir les services de l’hôtel et offrir une touche personnalisée quand possible.

  • Maintenir un comportement professionnel : hospitalité, apparence soignée et uniforme propre.

  • Gérer les biens trouvés et les clés : signaler toute perte ou objet oublié.

  • Organiser les espaces de travail : rangement des salles de lingerie et entretien de l’équipement.

  • Communiquer avec les superviseurs : signalements de défectuosités, besoins de remplacement, risques ou situations suspectes.

  • Remplir les rapports et listes de contrôle avec précision sur demande.

  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches assignées par les superviseurs, y compris le ménage en profondeur.

Ce que vousapportez

  • Deux ans d’expérience en entretien ménager en contexte luxueux ; 

  • Être capable de pousser, tirer, soulever et transporter des charges allant jusqu’à 23 kg (50 lb) ; 

  • Bonne compétence encommunication;un niveau débutant en anglais est suffisant pourrépondre à des demandes simples et s’assurer que celles-ci sont répondues correctement

  • Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle, à anticiper les besoins des invités et à aller au-delà de ces besoins.

About the role:

The Room Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectivelyis responsible forthe cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel and residences. The Room Attendantis responsible forensuring all guest rooms/residences meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels. He/ Sheis also required toassistwith responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and House Attendant. This person also provides turndown service by offering a comfortable evening environment in guest rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the earlyevening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in. We are looking for individuals whopossessa high levelof attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
