Job Description

Greenfield is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
Your main mandate will be to assist the team in taking orders from customers in Quebec and Eastern Canada, and if necessary, to assist the warehouse attendant in preparing orders for delivery.

Your profile is actively sought if :

• You communicate effectively, both orally and in writing;
• You have a good command of the Office suite;
• You have a functional level of English;
• You have 5 years' experience in an administrative position.
• You have already worked in a customer service environment;
• You have a college diploma in administration, or equivalent;
• Knowledge of Navision software is an asset.

Job Responsibilities:
• Process, verify and follow up on orders received by phone, fax and email;
• Prepare invoices and bills of lading for customers in Quebec and the Maritimes;
• Answer customers' general questions and concerns;
• Register new customers in the system and perform credit checks;
• Validate product availability and coordinate production of non-inventory products;
• Follow-up on licenses and/or permits from provincial and federal government authorities;
• Update product pricing data;
• Maintain a register of controlled product shipments;
• Complete various reports, order supplies and perform general administrative duties;
• Assist delivery areas as needed with orders.
