Sie möchten die Zukunft unserer Produktionsprozesse aktiv mitgestalten? Als Prozessingenieur (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Optimierung von Prozessen, der Einführung neuer Technologien und der verfahrenstechnischen Unterstützung von Investitionsprojekten.

• Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Produktionsprozessen
• Leitung von Produkteinführungen und Technologie-Transfers
• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen zur Steigerung von Sicherheit, Qualität und Effizienz
• Mitarbeit und Leitung von Continuous Improvement- und Lean Six Sigma-Projekten
• Verfahrenstechnische Unterstützung von Investitionsprojekten von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme
• Durchführung von Risikoanalysen (HAZOP, PHA, PSSR) und Unterstützung des Process Safety Managements
• Technische Beratung für Produktion, Engineering und weitere Fachbereiche

• Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium, idealerweise Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
• 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer sicherheitskritischen Fertigungsumgebung
• Erfahrung im Bereich Prozessoptimierung, Anlagensicherheit und Änderungsmanagement (MOC)
• Kenntnisse in HAZOP, ATEX und relevanten Sicherheitsvorschriften
• Analytische Denkweise, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
• Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
