We are looking for an  Proxy Product Owner to join our company in one of our projects, in  Lisbon

Responsibilities
  • Act as Proxy Product Owner in an Agile (Scrum) environment
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support the Product Owner in team management
  • Refine and manage the BUILD backlog in Jira
  • Enrich user stories with:  data integration specification; required data sources;  KPI definitions and transformation rules; acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity stakeholders during UAT phases
  • Analyze data sources required to build KPIs
  • Perform technical analysis and optimize KPI calculation logic
  • Design and maintain data models in Snowflake and Power BI
  • Monitor and review data orchestration and source scheduling
  • Build, improve, and maintain Power BI data models and reports
  • Contribute to functional and technical documentation
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and data solutions
Skils Experience
  • Strong experience in Data & Business Intelligence projects
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner / Proxy Product Owner in Agile (Scrum) environments
  • Solid technical background with:  Azure Data Factor; Snowflake;  Power BI ; SQL for data analysis
  • Good general IT knowledge (APIs, data flows, basic network concepts)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and make data-driven decisions
  • 3–6 years of confirmed experience in a similar role
  • Background in Project Management / Product Ownership / Data
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
