Your Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Provisioning Coordinator to manage the provisioning processes for Hudl. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate activation of services for our customers.

Must-Haves

  • Coordinate the end-to-end provisioning process.
  • Communicate with internal teams (e.g., Sales) to gather and verify information.
  • Identify and resolve provisioning issues with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and customer requirements.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives related to provisioning workflows.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships within internal teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.
  • Attention to details and proactive attitude towards responsibilities.

Nice-to-Haves

  • 1+ years of experience in a provisioning, order management, or coordination role.
