Job Description
An Airport Provisioning Agent is responsible for delivering, stocking, and managing supplies for aircraft in compliance with safety, security, and airline standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous cleaning or custodial experience
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Load and unload aircraft provisioning items, including food, beverages, and service equipment
- Deliver supplies to aircraft on schedule to meet departure times
- Conduct inventory checks and verify accuracy of orders
- Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)
- Ensure all items meet airline safety, quality, and security standards
- Operate ground service equipment (such as provisioning trucks and carts) safely
- Complete required documentation and reporting accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and loading areas
- Provision aircraft as directed with required ship supplies by aircraft type
- Notify direct manager for inventory needs
- Must be familiar with all FAA/ TSA/Airline/Company regulations.
- Keep supervisor informed of needs, maintain cleanliness of immediate work area and report maintenance needs.
- Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from airlines, staff and public in a courteous manner.
- Must be attired in proper uniform or business attire as directed by company officials and identification badges must always be visible.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement of company objectives.
- Utilize company and client equipment, supplies and resources in a conscientious, cost effective manner.
- Perform other duties as requested.

- Treat all information as confidential.
- Possess the tact to deal with all levels of employees and client representatives.
- Must be able to sit, stand, lift, and/or bend throughout shift and climb stairs.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and/or hold up to 50 lbs.
- Physical exam may be required to confirm above.
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug test.
- DMV check may be required.
- Must be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English.
- Must meet necessary requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge
- Must be able to verbally direct in English.
- Must be a citizen of the United States or possess the necessary authorization from the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS).
- Must have good hearing and vision.
- 10-20% outside work. Work outside in all types of weather (Heat, Rain, and Cold)
- May be required to work weekends, overnight shifts and holidays.
- May be exposed to occasional loud noise levels.
