Job Description

Must provide white glove experience while performing the required skills needed to ensure a long-lasting client relationship

• Participate in the Implementation of onboarding program
  • Documentation of network, hardware, applications, Azure, O365
  • Assessing client environment which consist of old hardware, security risk and areas of improvement.
  • Deploy and monitor Security Tools
• Exceptional communications with all parties

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT experience
• Experience with all current Windows operating systems
• Understanding Active Directory/Group Policy
• O365 administration knowledge
• Firewall assessment and troubleshooting
  • Meraki
  • SonicWALL
  • Cisco
  • Fortinet
• Understanding of routers, switches and VLAN.
