Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst (PLBA)
Bridgeton, Missouri

We’re hiring a Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst who wants a clinic-based role with strong supervision, professional mentorship, and clear pathways toward BCBA certification and career growth.

You’ll step into a full-time clinical role focused on delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and supporting families, with structured guidance from experienced clinical leadership.

You’ll practice in Bridgeton, Missouri, a growing community in the St. Louis metro area, offering convenient access to urban amenities, affordable living, and a supportive professional environment.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $50,000 to $60,000
• Performance-based bonuses
