Join a growing national team of 300+ clinicians delivering high-quality PBS and psychology services to NDIS participants (ages 0–65).

Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

The Role

  • Deliver PBS assessments, plans & interventions
  • Support clients to build skills & independence
  • Reduce restrictive practices through evidence-based strategies
  • Collaborate with families, support teams & allied health
  • Work across diverse ages, diagnoses & presentations

About You

  • NDIS Behaviour Practitioner (or eligible)
  • Relevant degree (Psych, Counselling, Social Work, Allied Health etc.)
  • Experience with disability (desirable)
  • Driver’s licence + access to a car
  • Willing to obtain required clearances
