We are now looking ahead to our 2027 Graduate Intake for students who have completed their Master of Audiology within New Zealand. With multiple vacancies available across both of our local brands (Bay Audiology and Dilworth Hearing) these roles are permanent, full‑time positions working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
As part of the role, our Hearing Care Professionals are expected to support the wider region from their base clinics, so regular travel is required. A full New Zealand driver’s license and access to your own reliable transport are essential.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Master’s Degree in Audiology.
Sales experience or customer service experience preferred but not essential.
Fluent in English.
Open mindset to embrace a new working culture (with your colleagues and your customers)
Strong clinical standards to ensure excellent customer service following protocols and policies.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for our clients.
