What are we looking for?
Responsible for the accurate and timely production and delivery of all provider data and provider network reporting to internal and external customers utilizing GeoAccess and NetMinder programs and ad hoc reporting.

Where you will have an impact
• Process and track report requests from Sales Operations, Client Management, Managed Care Clients, and Organizational Management in an accurate and timely manner
• Produce and deliver GeoAccess Network Analysis Reports (NAR), Provider Network Disruption Reports, and data analysis in a deadline-driven environment.
• Manage and maintain NetMinder data and competitor data.
• Assist in producing ad hoc reports as needed; create standard recurring reports/presentations and weekly/monthly performance guarantee reports, as requested.
• Identify department reporting strategies and process improvements that ensure scalable business processes.
• Interpret and summarize results of data analysis.
• Support Network Development for network growth opportunities.
• Assure and maintain accuracy of network reporting and data integrity.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of provider network reports, recurring reporting, and ad hoc analyses to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and adherence to established reporting standards.
• Complete and distribute department metric reporting, including operational performance, productivity, service level, and departmental key performance indicator (KPI) reporting.
• Manage the department RT ticketing queue, including intake, prioritization, assignment, monitoring, and resolution tracking to ensure timely completion of reporting and data requests.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve reporting discrepancies, troubleshoot data issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Timeliness of achieving project goals.
• Comprehend and create documents such as training manuals, regulatory guidelines and statutes, audit tools, existing policies and procedures, and provider manuals.
• Write routine reports, documentation, and correspondence.

What’s necessary to do the job?
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Information Systems or related field or equivalent combination or experience and education
• Required minimum one (1) year of experience with GeoAccess applications
• Proficient in data and statistical analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Access) and Business Objects
• Required general mathematical skills
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Exhibit sound and accurate judgment and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to understand information and data quickly and devise solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to interpret results of query analysis
• Effective oral and written communication and presentations skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to produce timely and positive results for all assigned tasks and projects
• Ability to work onsite and participate in interactive onsite meetings on a regular and predictable basis.
• Ability to initiate immediate interaction, coordination and collaboration with team members, clients, customers etc.
