Provider Recruitment Community Liaison

The Provider Recruitment Community Liaison (PRCL) will play a crucial role in building relationships with providers in the local market. Serves as the local representative of ArchWell Health building relationships with practicing providers, resident and fellow pipelines, and community leaders for local exposure. PRCL will attend career fairs, residency programs and local provider recruiting events. This role will partner closely with the Provider Recruiting department to stay informed of local market dynamics and strategic sourcing efforts. This role will have matrixed reporting into the Director, Market Operations, and the VP, Provider Recruitment.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Proactively build local and regional provider talent pipelines
• Promotes ArchWell Health brand at community events, chambers, career fairs, and medical schools.
• Collaborate ongoing with the aligned Provider Recruiter for the market to share sourcing ideas and strategies, and market feedback
• Serves as the organization’s on-the-ground ambassador to the prospective provider candidate community
• Introduce interested provider candidates to ArchWell Health’s aligned recruiter for an initial interview.
• Coordinate schedule details and host provider candidates for center site visits as part of the interview process
• Participates in candidate debrief sessions with market leadership and the provider recruitment team to stay informed on the candidate attributes essential for success in the role
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
• Travel to ArchWell Health centers and to recruiting events is required

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Robust knowledge of market competitive landscape
• Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring patient-facing providers
• Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and physician/advanced care practitioner market
• Partner effectively with ArchWell Health recruiting and market leadership teams
• Flexibility in juggling priorities of a rapidly growing business, with excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth business, preferably healthcare related
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience:
• Relevant physician recruitment, provider relations, or healthcare growth experience
