
Provider Quality Innovation Manager

This is a part time opportunity for 25.5 hours per week. The pro rata’d salary range is £30,282 to £35,625 per annum. This role is responsible for working with the Adult Care providers and other stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative initiatives to improve the Adult Care provision for the residents of Essex. It will be focused on creating and delivering projects that provide innovative approaches and solutions to ensure continuous quality improvement from the Adult Care supplier market. The postholder will need to demonstrate tenacity, drive and influence to identify and deliver efficiencies and service improvements and to actively seek opportunities to champion quality issues in partnership with the Care sector, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities About You Please note that the job role requires you to be mobile throughout an operational area. Therefore, the post holder will need to have a driving licence and access to a vehicle, or the ability to meet the mobility requirements of the role through other means. Why Essex?
