Loyola Medicine is seeking a dynamic and strategic Provider Recruiter to join our Provider Services team. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers, with a strong emphasis on enhancing diversity across our medical staff.
This role is 100% on site and requires daily, in-person attendance at Loyola University Medical Center, Maywood, Illinois.
What you’ll do
Reporting to the Administrative Director of Provider Services, this role supports and fulfills recruitment and sourcing strategies surrounding physician and advanced practice provider (APP) recruitment. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to physician and administrative leadership, providing expertise in recruitment strategy, candidate sourcing, and hiring best practices for physicians and APPs.

Compensation: Pay Range: Starting Pay Range $71,240.00
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
