The Provider Outreach Specialist is a critical, community-facing role supporting nicotine cessation and prevention efforts in South Carolina. This person builds relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations, delivers training and education on Quitline resources, and helps connect residents to the support they need to live healthier, nicotine-free lives.
Location: South Carolina Low Country
This is role is based in South Carolina (Low Country/ lower Pee Dee area) and is remote with up to 75% required in person events/travel.
Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm. Occasional weekend work is required to support community events, with flexed time off to keep you at a standard 40-hour week.
