Job Description

Physician Liaison (Part-Time)

Join CORA — Where Relationships Drive Growth

At CORA Physical Therapy, we know that strong provider relationships build strong patient communities. We’re looking for a Physician Liaison who thrives on autonomy, builds trust with ease, and brings the energy needed to grow meaningful referral partnerships. If you’re a natural connector who enjoys being out in the field, solving problems, and representing a brand you can be proud of — this role has your name on it.

What You’ll Do

No two days are the same — and that’s what makes this role exciting. In this position, you will:

  • Build, strengthen, and grow referral relationships through consistent in-person and virtual visits
  • Introduce CORA’s services, programs, and new service lines to providers and their teams
  • Support clinics by driving new patient referrals and expanding CORA’s presence across your territory
  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for physician offices, resolving service concerns and improving communication
  • Track your activities, follow-ups, and opportunities in our CRM
  • Collaborate with your Regional Sales Director on growth strategies, goal-setting, and forecasting
  • Welcome new referral sources to CORA and ensure they feel supported from day one
  • Partner with clinic teams to understand needs, identify opportunities, and enhance the overall referral experience
  • Bring energy, professionalism, and relationship-building skills to every interaction

This territory covers the greater Richmond area

What We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for perfection — we’re looking for someone who’s driven, personable, and ready to make an impact. Here’s what helps you succeed in this role:

  • Initiative & Independence: You enjoy running your territory and managing your own day.
  • Relationship Builder: You connect easily with physicians, office staff, and community members.
  • Communication & Confidence: You’re polished in person and comfortable presenting.
  • Organization & Follow-Through: You manage leads, plan visits, and stay on top of your pipeline.
  • Energy & Presence: You show up prepared, positive, and ready to represent CORA.
  • Tech-Comfortable: You can use Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and a smartphone with ease.
  • Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree OR Associate degree with 1+ year of healthcare or sales experience
    • Healthcare or B2B sales experience preferred

A valid driver’s license and professional appearance are required.

Why CORA?

  • You’ll join a team that values autonomy, supports creativity, and celebrates wins.
  • Your work directly impacts clinic growth, patient access, and community relationships.
  • You’ll partner with leaders across Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams — gaining exposure across the business.
  • You'll be part of a culture grounded in:
    • Serve Everyone
    • Do the Right Thing
    • Teamwork & Collaboration
    • Work Smart
    • Flexibility & Resilience
  • And yes… we believe work should be meaningful and enjoyable.

Benefits include: competitive pay, growing PTO program, paid holidays, medical/dental/vision coverage, disability & life insurance, retirement plan, leadership development, tuition reimbursement, and potential relocation assistance.
