Providence Place, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is looking for dedicated and passionate Maintenance Director to join our growing team.

Providence Place is conveniently located on the bus route, located in southern Minneapolis in the Standish Ericcson neighborhood. Here we provide services for our seniors in a TCU (Transitional Care Unit) Care, Long-Term Care and Memory Care We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently for over 25 years and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting senior.

Schedule Available: Full Time Days, On Call rotation
Wage: $79,000-$86,000 Annually

In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment. Duties include:

• Ensures repair, maintenance, and function of building electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, floor care, vehicles and grounds meet expectations.
• Creates and implements preventive maintenance program for buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment.
• Ensures work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Consistently protects residents and tenants’ safety by controlling access to chemicals and equipment.
• Attends and assists in training events to maintain and expand competencies and customer service.
• Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and adherence to department’s budget.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Boiler License required
• Demonstrated knowledge of mechanics, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing as well as
• housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Experience in health care is preferred.
