The Documentation & Compliance Protégé will support to assist in checking, verifying, printing, organizing, and compiling project evidence for project. This role ensures vendor submissions meet technical and contractual specifications, enabling smooth acceptance and accurate reporting to the Ministry of Communications (KK).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and validate technical documentation from vendors, including: Fiber installation as-built drawings, OTDR and power meter test results, Commissioning reports and connectivity proofs, Material and equipment logs
Ensure compliance with contract scope and technical requirements
Print, organize, and maintain all technical documentation and evidence for each PoP.
Compile complete documentation packages for KK acceptance.
Coordinate with vendors to clarify technical issues or rectify incomplete submissions.
Maintain audit-ready, well-organized records and track updates.
Prepare concise reports on documentation status, compliance gaps, and technical discrepancies.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
Understanding of fiber optic networks, PoP architecture, and basic testing methods (OTDR, power meter, etc.).
Strong attention to technical details and documentation accuracy.
Skilled in printing, organizing, and maintaining structured document records.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with document management systems is a plus.
Good communication skills for coordinating with vendors and project teams.
Able to work independently and manage multiple submissions concurrently.
Duration of Programme: 12 Months from September
