The purpose ofProtégé Programis to supportTraining portfolioby providing administrative and operational dutiesrelated to Training function and HRDC portal
Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook,Powerpoint,Excel, to produce documents andmaintainpresentations, records,spreadsheets,andtrainingdatabases.
Explore andleverageknowledge with Internal system such as ARIBA,PO,HRDC Portal,FUSE,Digitalon DemandandPfizer Learning Academy
Liaising withinternalstakeholderin other departments and with externalcontacts.
AssistTrainingManager intraining coordination and administration.
Preparelearningmaterial and uploading material onHRDC Portal
Administerand ensure training documentation efficiency
Qualifications
Candidate mustpossessat leastBachelor’sdegreein any field
Preferably specialized inBusiness Administration, Learning and Development
Ability to work independently, result-oriented,diligent,and self-motivated
A team player with good spoken & written skills in English
