Plan, organize, and manage all Protestant RE programs
Ensure classrooms and facilities are prepared prior to activities
Maintain program continuity and documentation
Volunteer Management
Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers
Ensure adequate staffing and substitute coverage
Coordinate volunteer participation across programs and events
Event Coordination
Lead and coordinate:
Vacation Bible School (VBS) or equivalent programs
Special RE events and seasonal programs
Required Qualifications
Experience managing religious education programs or similar initiatives
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work with volunteers and diverse populations
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain a structured environment
Understanding of Protestant ministry programs
Work Schedule
Approximately 80–100 hours per month
Typical schedule includes:
~14 hours onsite during normal duty hours
Additional hours for evenings, weekends, and events
Hours may increase during peak seasons (e.g., VBS, holidays)
