Basic Requirements:

• Americans, Japanese, and foreigners may apply; applicants must already be legally residing in Japan under SOFA status or a valid Japanese work visa. We cannot provide visa sponsorship or support.
・米国籍、日本国籍、その他の外国籍の方も応募可能。ただし、SOFA資格または有効な日本の就労ビザを保持し、日本に合法的に滞在していること。ビザのスポンサーや取得支援は行いません。
• Music experience OR minimum one (1) year experience as a worship music director
・音楽経験または礼拝音楽ディレクターとして1年以上の経験
• Ability to lead congregational singing and praise team
・会衆賛美および賛美チームをリードできる方
• Ability to read music and perform both traditional hymns and contemporary worship songs
・楽譜を読め、伝統的賛美歌およびコンテンポラリー賛美曲を演奏できる方
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written)
・英語で明確にコミュニケーションが取れる方（口頭・書面）
• If English is a second language, advanced English proficiency required
・英語が母国語でない場合は高度な英語能力が必要
• Ability to obtain base access and pass required background checks
・基地入門許可を取得し、必要な身辺調査を受けられる方
• Ability to complete required base training (antiterrorism and security)
・必要な基地内トレーニング（対テロ・セキュリティ）を受講できる方
Work Requirements:
業務内容
• Approximately 10 hours per week
・週約10時間勤務
• Sunday worship services
・日曜礼拝への対応
• Weekly rehearsal
・週1回のリハーサル
• Occasional seasonal services (e.g., Christmas, Easter)
・季節礼拝（例：クリスマス、イースター等）への対応

Compensation:
報酬
• Fixed monthly contract payment
・月額固定契約報酬
