The Protection Product Data Entry role, reporting to the Office Manager, is based in Sherwood Park, AB. This on-site position is responsible for registering a high volume of ancillary certificates received from dealerships, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures. This role is fast paced and requires a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include identifying and escalating problem certificates, verifying void certificates, managing bad scans, communicating with Account Managers regarding deficiencies, and supporting daily administrative operations as required.
The hours of work for this position is 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 4:00pm on Friday.
