Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Protection Manager (southeast), the Protection Information Officer will be responsible for coordinating with IRC Protection Team Leader, Protection Officers (EPA), Protection Officer (CP), Protection Mobilizers, MEAL Officer, and other relevant stakeholders in areas of operation to disseminate regular up-to-date and accurate information on available services by sector and location, to targeted townships. The Protection Information Officer will design and deliver information sessions on a range of topics, including risky migration and trafficking, available services in the area, how to access them and eligibility criteria. S/he will ensure that information sessions meet the specific needs of various community groups through coordination with Protection Mobilizers, in coordination with the Protection Manager. The Protection Information Officer will design and deliver information dissemination materials in coordination with the Protection Manager, including leaflets, posters, and bulletin boards. The Protection Information Officer will also be responsible for maintaining information on available services and referral processes, and facilitate referrals through establishment and maintenance of referral pathways; direct communication with agencies that receive referrals; timely follow up of referral outcomes; and ensuring the referral outcome tracking database contains accurate, comprehensive and detailed information
